Agency Shop (Fair Share) - Challenge Letter
We urge all our LASPA members to complete the Objector’s Challenge form they receive in their packet along with the challenge “fair share” letter we provide. Please mail in your completed forms to the bargaining unit via certified mail and also submit copies to LASPA, so that we can have them available in your file.Please take note that each union has a deadline, so we encourage all our members to mail in the forms as early as possible. If for some reason you do not receive a packet, please contact the bargaining unit directly and ask them to send you one immediately, so you will not be left behind.
